the trick S/C wont make the same boost as a turbo will. Yes it does spool quicker but the s/c isnt proven yet, nor is it even thoroughly tested. Your best bet is to put a 120-130hp cub in your bike and be happy, also half the cost.

there is minimal lag because its a tiny turbo

That makes good sense. Smaller turbos may be the ticket since quicker starts, and don't need a car turbo once going. But I don't need that. And I just now figured out what a blower is: a supercharger, lol. I don't know what a cub does without alcohol, but don't need 100hp +. Done that before and too scarey on street - one wrong throttle twist and the road runs out real quick.
I would like a watercooled 350 with some atv performance technology. Same as with my BMW. The 2 stroke should be simpler though, but harder finding a good used bike to put on. I just want to outrun Crown Victorias for safety, and occasional Appalachian mountain runs.
This is a pretty exciting industry for motorcycle riders. I'm surprised more haven't figured it out. Its a lot of work though making realistic street conversions, but that's fun too.

viper, the turbo's are unreliable because they (at the time) werent getting lubrication. They were pushing 25-28lbs of boost out of that particular turbo and it was eating itself alive.

How are they lubing it now? Running a oil tank and pump?

no, lol it was a lubricated turbo, but they were spinning it too fast (lessening that whole "lag" problem) and it was cooking the bearings.
a 350 cub will give you about 90 horsies on gas. a 4mm will give you 105
