I like the idea of a forum diet plan. If you guys want any suggestions, I'm a hobbyist weight lifter and exercisor. I am currently planning on basically losing everything and starting over. At 5' 11" and 215, I'm considered obese! So Yeah.... eat every three hours, really small portions and do some running, and I'll lose everything, unfortunately my shoulders with it..
