I am going through a steel sprocket (520) in a weekend. I have to do something about that. I am checking alignment, chain tension specs, everything I can think of but that is with alot of racing. Maybe I have to get used to it...........

I checked that carefully, I thought. I had a good 1.5 inches of play...............but I guess my swingarm is plus 6" so maybe a bit more play wouldn't hurt......

dude way to tight, you'll think your on a rocket, when you take the pressure off, i have about 3 inch with plus 4 you are a nut, that thing is going to snap like a rubber band, then i'll have to have my daughter tow you out of the dunes, of course we would have to have pictures of that actually powroll told me that tip on the chain just busting on you.
