Default BRP finally calls me yesterday!

They continue to insist they are not obligated to help me in any way and it is entirely up to the dealer. She will not have her manager call me. I told her I will continue to call her everyday if I have too.

Of course you could read the rest of my thread if the freak'n moderators would not have deleted a thread in which I am trying to get help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

Dealing with companies is hard, especially Bombardier, BMW, or Dodge. If a dealer did it, then that's who you should work your way through the chain of command (or ask to speak to Owner). Set up appt with owner, and maybe get some freebee, but have documented what $ lost, paperwork, and event time frame clearly mapped on one easy to read page by one time line (one copy for him of all paperwork). You may not get everything you want, but try to get something. You never know. If that don't work, just use different dealer from now on, mail order parts, and you'll be wiser. That call and write every day only works in the movies. Good try though, we all do it one time or another. This web site is obliged to Bombardier, so you can't defile them, especially when dealer did damage.

BRP is Very Very Very hard to deal with. My sled brand new had the boot between the carb and the head melted and was sucking in air. Could have caught the sled on fire. The part was on Backorder for 3 weeks. The day I got it back the same day the exhaust bolts came out when I was riding and lost all of them in the belly pan. 10 days later they had the bolts for the exhaust. BRP wanted to extend the warranty for me by 2 months after 15 phone calls and threatening the BBB on them. That got them to give a whopping $50.00 off my next BRP products purchase. Wow hold me back.

If he has a BMW streetbike how come he doesn't have any pics of it? I wanted to see the bike, but his photo page is all other peoples rides?
