The 855's are right at 16:1.

And I thought NOS didn't like high compression

With higher compression and NOSS what you end up with is a narrower range of tunability. If you are OK with that, and know you motor can take it (and you know Eric's can) then go for it.

However, most of the nitrous companies will tell you that 12:1 is the max they recommend, simply because there are guys out there that dont do a very good job of tuning.

That's awesome man, very glad to see DS's on top at such a big event! Good job guys!

And give credit where credit is due - God gave you guys the ability to do it, but you did it, He didn't have to help with the specifics whilst being so busy with all the other huge issues going on in the world right now with the 4 horseman!

an 855 on NOS is capable of 180-200 HP - that is with low compression. try and do that with a 16:1 it won't happen.

This is a rookie question but how would a guy go about getting a 16:1 comp ratio. I would not ever need one but I am just curious... would that be just a crazy domed piston or are we talkin about a decked head, special gaskets, ect. Just wondering cause that is pretty cool.
