What is this faster than YFZ nonsense???
I beleive that beauty is were you see it I happen to really like the DS not all of them but I do like my hubby's and it goes pretty good for being mostly stock. He has beat piped banshee's I have seen him do it. He has beat most of the brands out there but not all banshee's and not all yfz's or anything are created equal.
I have a 2003 Predator the first year and my Husband DS is a 2000 (also first year they came out) and we have had very little problems with them and have never even been in the engine yet.
I am not gonna start arguing my bike is faster than yours but I do now that it depends on maintenance and how you ride and what you have in your bike. My bike has beaten a banshee also but I am not arguing that mine is better than yours.
I just like to ride and I like alot of bikes and though I don't like them all I don't group them all in one category. All bikes are not created equal even if they are the same bike.
2 and 4 strokes create power different that is all there is to it. I do know that we have some friends that we ride with that have 3 banshee's and only one of them do they have to work on alot. But it is fast when it is running right. We have another one who is always working on his.
The only problems we have had are minor and easy cheap fixes compared to what our friends with the banshee's have costed them.
Banshee's are nice just not what I want. I like my bike and I am glad that you like yours and I hope we can all be happy with what we have if we aren't than get something else.
This will never be over because everyone likes there bikes, that is all there is to it. It is just like someone else said it is like comparing Fords and Chevy's if you like one you usually don't like the other.
