As you may know I smashed my DS up pretty good. So what do I do, I buy another one
I bought an 04 X and after riding it I need to soften up the suspension up front. My hands were way fatigued and this doesn't happen on my Viper. I didn't get a manual so I am looking for advice on exactly how to soften up the front springs. I have never adjusted shocks before so please step me though. (I noticed that there is alot of thread left at the top of the shock towers.)
Keeping the faith!

The front shocks are threaded...its basically like unscrewing a nut on a bolt either loosening it or tightening it up. To make your front suspension softer jack up the front end so the front wheels are off the ground and then i can actually do it by hand...turn the top ring on the top of the spring where the threads are counter clockwise to soften it and clockwise to tighten it up. That is the only settings on the front shocks. Hope this helps
