Nitrous switch help.
#1
Im adding a micro switch for the nitrous on the throttle. Ive got a switch like vipers mounted the same way. The button is working fine but I cant get the micro to click the solinoid. Continuity is good on the micro. Ive got it connected the same way as the push button.... nothing. Bridging between the post on the relay.........nothing. Plug the push button switch back in....... click. What am I mising here? Im not electrically inclined. Help!

If you have a switch where there are TWO connectors for wires, then thats easy. Thats called a Single pole, sigle throw switch. There are switches with Single Pole, double throw, with a total of three terminals. Two of those are usually grounds. So, two grounds wont make it work. Usually, choose the two outside terminals and make your connection to them.

It has 3 connection. I just tried the two out side posts...nothing. Why wont it click it when bridged between the post on the relay? But will click if the stock switch is plugged in?

Ya the switch should be powered from the relay then to the switch, then back to the relay - at least thats what I remember - Dang it! I tried to forget all of that! LOL Just Kidding!
