Driver's Meeting: 11:30am-12noon

Time Trials: 12:00noon-1pm

Track: Dirt/Clay/Sand Mixture

Jonesville is approximately 12 miles south of Sicily Island. This event is held on the beach where the 4-rivers meet in Jonesville. Nice setting. P.A. system is utilized so everyone can stay on the same page.

We will run time trials only to determine what bracket/class you will be running in.

Classes will be head's up racing listed as the following:

3.0-3.99
4.0-4.99
5.0-5.99
6.0 & up run together

We can/will break up the classes as necessary to make it as fair for everybody as possible. The owners are more than willing to work with us (the racers). Have all the equipment needed to keep the track in tip top shape. Water tank is also on hand to control the dust. Plenty of parking for everyone. The track is located behind the sea wall, so there is plenty of room to sit on the levee for spectators. Im also keeping an open mind about utilizing this facility to host future Clash of the Titan events as well.

PS: Race trucks start to run at 5pm.

Is this a paddle track or pro wedge? also, is it smooth enough for rigids/struted quads?

 

Its a paddle track. We can have it cut as deep as we need it. But it gets real sticky when wet and hooks really hard off the line. It wouldnt hurt to bring some wedges just for backup. Oh yeah, its plenty smooth enough to run rigids. We have enough equipment to keep it that way as well.
