Highly annoyed

Not going to mention anyone in particular, but it is very annoying when you order something from a company on Tuesday, and let them know that you need it by the weekend and they do not use the proper shipping to do that. I will not see my package until this coming Tuesday, and can only hope that I have the time to do what I need to to get it on my ride in time to leave for Utah. I am extreamly torqued about this, and getting more angry by the minute. Later

It was one of those deals where I authorized the additional payment to be done, but they just did a standard ground delivery as oppssed to a 2 or 3 day.....Maybe it is my fault for not saying make sure and do a 2 day shipping. I won't know all the info until I recieve the delivery.....

That sucks hope you get your parts in time.Every parts supplier on here that i order parts from knows there is only one way to ship to AZsand and thats next day air.I am way to impatient i hate it when some one say's that will be extra...DA:I wouldn't order extra if i did not intend to pay for extra.And if your willing to pay my price i will jump threw hoops for you and when i pay your price well i think your getting my point.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] good luck on your parts.

I feel ya man. I ordered and paid for an intake on the 22nd of July, won't say from where or whom, but I called Friday and was told it would ship this coming Tuesday. Unsatisfactory in my book, and I am a VERY patient man.
Just plain sucksazz.
Atleast I had a forum member come through with another. Paid for, and recieved about four days later, the way it should be.
I ordered some parts from RWR for one of the TM45's that I recently picked up and forgot to get one of the parts. Called them after I realized my mistake and two days later had the forgotten part at no additional cost. The original order was recieved two days after the order was placed also. OUTSTANDING.

I can tell you out of who I have done business with, RWR, Rocky mountain, On-Dunes, and KMS have all been very good to deal with. Shipments arrived on or before my requested time frames, and even back to when Marky had On-Dunes, he persoanlly delivered an order to the Oregon Dunes for me. That is outstanding customer Service.
