Is there another quad who shares the same rear axle sprocket hub dimension's (like maybe a banshee,raptor,cannondale,suzuki) ? Has anybody done this with success ? I know someone must have tried this idea Im looking for better aftermarket support for the 520 rear sprocket. Thank you, Matt

 

check out the durablue, they have aluminum ones just got one very nic and about 2.5 lbs lighter!!

 

Im sorry let me try to clear this up a little better, looking to change out the stock sprocket holder for maybe a raptor,banshee,warrior,z400,400ex,That has good aftermarket 520 steel rear sprocket support, just a thought please dont take too serious , just making mild conversation of the rear sprocket subject, Thanks

 

What year is your DS? 04 Bomb changed to an aluminum sprocket hub that is much lighter than 00-03

 

Sorry ,didnt understand your reply at first, I have year 2000 ds and I was un-aware that they had changed the rear hub in 2004 to allum., But I want to swap out the hub with another popular quad that uses the 520 rear sprocket. THank you,

not sure if you understand the question your asking. you cant stick a yamahaaaaaaaa or other manufactures sprocket hub on a ds axle!!! so you either replace the axle or replace the hub!!

 

anybody ever come up with a sprocket or hub to fit the ds650 without going to a handful of suppliers and getting raped on a 520 conversion sprocket kit?ds450 hub fit 650 axle?
