A dry system is limited, Dry systems are for slow street cars. I dont think you will ever see Pat Musi Running a dry kit on his 6 second door slammer......
I understand what you are saying but Musi is not a very good example. His systems are how he tunes his motor. He gets the carbs close then adjusts a/f ratio with the nitrous system since he is always on the spray. If he is lean in the middle he adds more fuel through the nitrous system. His motors are set up fat on the carbs so the nitrous hitting the motor early doesnt lean him out. His is a total package using NOS products his solenoids are a certain distance from the intake for a reason. And your right a regulated system won't work on his type of setup because he tunes for max bottle pressure. This is why they run fresh bottles every pass.

Its about as good as the old FORD vs Chevy arguement, it wasnt until later we found out that Dodge was the best LOl j/k!

I like this arguement, I stand to learn more about things I dont know, than anything. It always great to have these deals with folks that really know what there talking about, like you amd, and Marky.

I just wish Holley would come out with a system the regulates like Boss, and that would be on my machine.

Ahh, very good points. Old tricks to stop the lean spot. Now if I could just have someone change bottles for me after every pass, I would be set, lol!

how in depth is it to make adjustments? i ride alot in the summer at a average of anywhere from 70 -80 degrees on average. how much adjusting are we talking. also what about the swingarm? 7-12 second hills?????? not in ohio. mor like 3-5.. hills are short and steep. most of the hills are technical also. i dont even think i would use nos on the hills. i just want it for some open runs and for friendly drag racing.
