I agree. Having control of nitrous pressure is important, but a drop or loss of fuel pressure is a bad day. A hobbs pressure switch set to the lowest pressure your system is tuned for is good insurance.

It makes it dummy proof. Nitrous regulator keeps nitrous pressure from going up = lean boom. Hobbs switch keeps fuel pressure from dropping below what it was tuned for=lean boom.

Nitrogen If you flow that much. Most nitrous stuff i know bottle and vavle wise was designed for a lot higher then 20-50 horsepower hits this quads use. So even restriced flow from temp drop is not a problem. Its all in proper selection of your parts.

Well, i did some......ehem....research. And found out that for one, the high pressure regulator that is being sold is good to about 70 degrees. So for it to be effective, you must keep bottle pressure above that point. In these here Utah hills, thats almost a virtual impossiblity. I can guess, if you were to heat it to about 120 degrees to start a run, by mid run you would reach that 70 degree mark, and go rich from there.

I will be looking further into this.

So how are you using Nitrogen? Ok, Ive got my learner helmet on - Teach me!
It feeds into the nitrous bottle to keep bottle pressure up as the nitrous leaves. No drop in pressure no temp drop. Pressure = heat

Nope. Why do you think the Promod and Nitrous Prostreet cars run mutilple bottles for a 6 second run. They are not all nitrous, but you can push with another nitrous bottle to control the temp drop in your main bottle. Nitrogen just works better.
