Im currently running 16/40. But will be going to 16/38 next time out as a bolt-on bike with a 20shot. But it will all depend on your riding surface (ex. sand, dirt, wet, dry, etc....), tire pressure, paddle count, tire height, weight and overall power. Im still able to launch the spiderbike in 2nd gear on all motor at 16/40 with 1lb of air in the 22x11x8 13-paddle extremes. But this all works in conjunction with my weight, bike weight, sand condition and of course power output. Hope this helps.

I for one have the 520 Ti Molly set from Sidewinder. Pretty good stuff really. Saved 1.5lbs on rotating mass just in the sprockets and another 1lb or so on the 520 Xring chain instead of the 530 Oring factory chain. I've had good success with this and it's the first hint of anything bad about the sidewinder stuff that I've ever heard.
Who knows..... got anything concrete to post on bad side of the sidewinder stuff?
