Default Override Button?

I vistited a Cam Am Dealer, looking at the 650Max HO and the salesman didn't know what the override button did, its a yellow button maked "override" mounted on the left side of the handlebar switch, the salesman did say he thinks it has something to do with reverse, making it faster in reverse. Could somebody tell me what it is for?

Yep, it is for the reverse. You press it down while on the throttle to back up faster.

OK thank you, I was looking at the 650HO priced at $7999, told the dealer I will buy it if he gives me $5000 for my 06 Suzuki Eiger, another question?? it don't have any switch for a locking diff, the 650 has a locking diff but it goes in automaticly?
