I was surprized to see so many ds's at LS. usually theres only a couple when I go. If anybody was wondering I was on the black an yellow ds with flame graphics. I was there with all of the Craycraft bikes.

Jims sand toys did fill the bottles for me, but I didnt get a chance to use them. Got alot of racing in on Friday, and was holding out for saturday to use the bottles if needed. I had seen my chain had stretched again, but stupid me, I didnt adjust it. The chain came off Friday afternoon and took out the sprocket guard/ clutch actuator, and it was done for the weekend once again. My own stupid fault. I didnt have a spare, nor did the dealership I buy from, and Suzuki will not drop ship parts to anywhere except the dealership. gggrrrrrr. I had brought a spare bike along, so I did get to ride those beautiful dunes despite the problems. I just wish I could have hit the drag strip on Saturday and put a whooping on some of those bikes. Oh well, next time!!

This was my first trip to LS, and Im hooked. Already planning a trip back in March.

sitting on the side lines with my boring stockish ds watching gary and steve run there quads did stur my need for speed, but it was nice to just have one atv to keep running and watching my son (10 years old) race my ds against other much faster quads and be fast was worth it. i want to thank steve for letting me ride his turbo raptor and WOW!! what rush that was, gary's broke befor i could ride it but next time right!! we are looking at a couple of mini rails but either way we plan to come down again next spring.


gary you should bring you'r son along next trip.
