Actually i think the bike engines...i mean sport bike engines are lighter than the 650 ds engine... And for why they make so much power, they are a pure race engine and they redline at like what 14 thousand rpms? When comparing a 800 rotax to a 800 sport bike engine its like comparing a big old harly or cruiser engine to a 800 sport bike engine....no comparison in means of speed.
