Polaris is not tough till they prove them self in Baja Can-An, Honda, and Yamaha all have won the Baja 1000 till Polaris wins a Baja 1000 they are only tough in there own mind.

Didn't notice any Polaris listed in the ATV's....IMO these types of races are what seperate the real machines from the pretenders....I see the Renegade came in first in the Pro Class while the Outlander fell a ways back because of an accident with a truck...which again I think helps show how tough these Can-Am ATV's are, they can take a collision with a truck and still finish a 1,000 marathon. .Is that the Rincon thats listed for the Honda 650's in the ATV category? Interesting I own three ATV's that have all won this competition. Just finishing this race is a testament to the machines, winning is a testament to the riders....I see that Honda ATV's and dirtbikes still are dominating this race that TRX450 must be one heck of a tough ATV.

Nice podium for the Renegade. A run in with a motorcycle ripped the overflow off the Can-Am causing them to lose coolant. This shined a great light on the limp mode the engine management system has because it sensed overheating and still they could move on albiet at 10mph till they could get to a check for repairs. Had that not existed they would have blown the motor.

Kudos to Danny Prather, Mike Cafro and the Temecula team for riding a flawless 1000.
