Don't have any gas money cause that $425 monthly payment on ur Can Am wiped you out this month? ha ha ha ha ha ! I have more toys than you have cause I spread all my money around and more and more cheaper toys do the same thing one big expensive toy does.
Whats in my wallet???? Your mom s picture...

In a drag race if a 800 blew the doors off my 500 it would blow the doors off of your 400. Wow you finally answered my question.. You have a 400cc bike.

We went on a snow ride today, pushing 2 ft of powder. There were various bikes there, a few BRP's, A yammy, few Sportsmans, and a Suki. It was a blast.. I pulled out 2 different BRP guys stuck in the snow, as well as I got pulled out by a BRP guy. Damn near everyone got stuck. Pushing snow bumper high.

One thing I saw that really impressed me.. We were up in the mountains of Idaho. We passed a guy in a full sized Dodge ram. They guy was buried in the snow. I went by the guy and stopped on the other side of him, 2 others in the group were on BRP 800's. We linked the 2 800's together hooked to the Dodge. Pulled that pickup out quick like.. Amazing what torque a quad has.

motoF150 didnt you say that all quads that were belt driven or a CVT tranny were childrens toys?

2 800's pulling out a 6000lb truck buried in the snow.. Kids toys huh...

I think not.

MotoF150 you have been starting guff all over the forums. Utility Atvs, Polaris section ect.. Whats up man? Give it a rest. Your looking like a total idiot man.

Mr. Viper ,, My Eiger is the gear drive model, not the CVT belt drive, Thats one good point the Can Am's don't have, a belt drive, its a heavy duty chain.. right?

Educating MF150.......You do realize that they are starting to use CVT technology in cars now? Nissan, Dodge etc.....Nice job ignoring my response earlier.

To answer the original question, your outlander should win easily. I've raced both with the 686 Grizzly having high comp piston, full head job, and all of the regular bolton hopups. In 300' the Outlander should win by around 2-3 lengths.

Is this race going to be on dirt or sand? How long is the race?

My wife raced a 686 fully built grizz (carb, exaust, big bore, cams, head) with our stock Outlander in a 300ft drag race on a pro tree on torn up dirt. The grizz sounded very tough and both the grizz and our Outty were undefeated going into the finals. Everyone was expecting a good race the only problem was, she wip'd him like he was standing still, I mean she walked away from him like he was tied to tree. She was done and already turned around heading back while he was still going through the finish line

If the race is on sand or loose dirt, switch your back tires around so they appear to be running backwards. This will cup the sand/dirt as apposed to push it out of the tire grooves, giving you more traction. Make sure to switch them back if you do any heavy 4wheeling.

If both bikes get the same traction you should smoke him.
