Default Outty 800 and snow plow

I have the Outty 800 and already have a snow plow, what I dont have is the 'harness' that bolts on on the chasis of the bike. Anyone out there know about these? haven't been to the dealer that is my next stop.

Pastor.. When you get the plow mounted you can come over and plow my driveway

I would guess it all depends on what plow you have. I assume you mean the mount plate? A plow has the blade itself, the blade frame/push tubes, and a mounting plate that mounts to the underside of the atv. Im guessing they would run about $50 to $100. Best guess.

If its a Moose or Cycle country check with Spokane Yamaha. They guys behind the desk are pretty cool Delt with them before.

Viper65... I would be more than happy to come over and take care of your driveway. With you riding a Polaris...you ARE going to need some help!

I recently installed my father inlaws plow on his new 800. The mounting plate or harness that is required only took about an hour to install. The hardest part was getting my drill inside the front fenders to drill the frame.

Just used the 800 today to plow snow for the first time today, man what a powerhouse, even in 4wd and the plow on I still got it sideways. The only complaint is the front brake lever is on the wrong side for me.

When I got to do my test ride and evaluation here on the farm one of the things I thought about how the Outlander would be quite the snow plowing machine. I thought that if I mounted a plow on it, maybe load a bit of weight on the racks and possibly even slap a set of chains on it and I would bet the Outlander with all that power would be just an insane snowplowing machine. Even with just the plow and a good set of tires it would be madman.
