Default Time for my crow

Well I went ahead and took a chance that Eric, Randall, Ron, Ron, Glenn, Mario, Jed and all others that love thier HPR parts were not so full of crap. Well I UPGRADED to the Top Gun pipe, and also obtained a proper needle for my lectron carb. And let me tell you it was like riding two completly different machines. Now don't get me wrong, there are other places and options availalbe for people, and they are good gains, BUT I do believe that the gains from these particular HPR parts are well worth the extra bucks they cost. I am not yet sold on everything else, especially when you add in the costs of them, but over time and available funds, they will be tried out for myself. The Top Gun pipe is actually much quieter then the HMF and the Ron Woods, and even produced more power over them on my ride. I am very impressed, and will take my dish now.

Is crow better served cold also?

Do you think your lectron was as close to being on before you changed the needle ? Just curious . it sure is fun to make a couple changes and feel real results.

Would this apply to Outys also? The hmf exhaust applies to Outys. This is just what I've been looking for, a quiet pipe that doesn't cut back on power too much. Do you have a quiet core installed?

I do not know about the outys. I was running the HMF sport pipe, no quiet core being used as it robbed a whole lot of power. Carb was close to on, thanks to some help from KGB, but there was improvment with the HPR needle also. I tuned in the HMF first with the new needle, then tuned in the top gun, and power gained with needle itself, and then large gains with the pipe...

There is nothing like money being well spent.

New found power is addictive.

Thats cool I'm glad you are getting your new build dialed in. What head pipe are you running with the top gun ?
