Default installing a tach on a 2001 ds

I was wondering if there was any way to install a tach like the later models have to a 2001 ds and if so how.
Thanks

Go to tinytach.com they have a digital tach that just runs one wire to the spark plug. It updates RPMs every two seconds and cost around 30 bucks. They also have a commercial version that updates every half second and cost around 65 bucks but you have to run a power wire to your battery.

You can buy the kit right from your dealer. I installed one myself last year on my 2000. The kit comes with all the instructions - it is very easy. Buy $10.00 dremmel tool to cut out the dash to fit the new tach into.
