That's about the most extreme kind of bind you can put on it to make it act up to show it's deficiencies. I like my viscolok better than a manual 90 percet of the time especially when you are climbing a hill that has a sharp turn in the middle and the limited slipping works great to turn in the middle then locks if needed under acceleration the rest of the way up the hill without reaching for the locker. You can however make the visco act up like in the video if you try hard enough especially when you don't say in the throttle and feather it like in the video it don't work as well as stabbing the throttle and keeping in it. I like not having to worry about grabbing a locker I just wish there was a manual override for it the other 10 percent of the time.

Couldn't have said it better 4wd, It is not a perfect system. I do like my visco lock though. The only time I don't like it is at low speeds climbing out of obstacles like in the video. To bad there isn't a way to lock that diff up at slower speeds.

if you click the link to watch vid and scroll down to related vids..there is one called front differential..
it shows a better more realistic view of it working...looks real smooth to me!
im sorry let the vid run thru and it will pop on screen and click it..watch
