Just wanting to blow off steam on Cycle Repair Dyno Shops, Don't tell me what I want to hear, tell me the truth on lead time, they say 4 to 5 days OK then its 7 to 8 working days, or Oh yeah bring it in early Monday Ill have it done by Thursday, no phone call, and when you call they say oh well someone's bike took longer than normal, I said you have a gal in the front room right? she's customer services, then get her to call customers when falling behind, I don't know how these shops stay in business, these shops charge from 50 to 90 bucks an hour here in Southern Cal, Just seems to be a pet peeve, I make parts for the electronic industry and if were running a day late we inform our customers and we have hundreds to keep track off. Its just good Customer Service.
