I seen a few quads with a braket to hold the stock intake tube, and run a aftermarket filter behind it, who makes these???

I think at one time SLC650 was making them, but I made my own out of a small piece of aluminum.

Zip ties... cris cross them over the cross memeber and around the intake tube. 2 seasons running that way and never had a problem. Cheapest way to go and easy to replace.

just don't try to keep the battery held on with a zip ties! It will most likely break the first time you jump and then the battery will fall down, causing the "hot" wire to pull a terminal off the battery, rip apart the wiring harness for the rectifier, blow both fuses and you will have to push the quad all the way back to camp!!!! Then 6 months later you will still be working on the damm thing trying to make it good as new! OOOOPPPSSS I just told on myself for being an idiot! Guess I should have figured they wouldn't hold huh. LOL...anyway....just thought i would add that.

I just drilled a bunch of 1 1/2 holes in the stock air box and cut open the top a little bigger. That way I didn't have to find a new home for the rectifier. You can see it in my pics. It was free.
