The guys not asking about riders, he's asking about machines.
I agree with you, if you put Doug Gust on any stock machine, he could make it out perform any other machine with a amateur rider. But how often do YOU have Doug Gust ride for you...

its all on rider what one is faster
irs for muddy rocky areas, raptor for more dirt/grass and if it has right shocks jumps
and yes ive beat a 525 outlaw and a 500 outlaw in stock trim.. its all a matter of driver hell i know a guy with a 03 cobra that cant shift for crap and runs a 14 in quarter mile

Well then I would say ANY machine could keep up with an Outlaw.
I've kept up with a Banshee, a DS650, a heavily modded Raptor 660, a racing YFZ450 a 450R, a Predator and a modded KFX700. Some of them I flat-out beat, got in front and they could not find a way around me on the track. All on a 100% stock z400. All of those machines were technically faster, but in the trails I was right on their rear end.
I am no Doug Gust, far, FAR from it. But obviously I was a better rider than those guys who could not beat me on faster machines.
So obviously it doesn't matter how fast your machine is, it matters how well you can make it go fast.

no even though yamaha is not my favorite get a 700R they are more powerful have just asmuch suspension and polaris and reliability dont equal eachother polaris = crap that barley runs
Hondarule666,
You do not know Jack about the Outlaw 525. The Polaris in general yes, but no major complaints about this 525 Outlaw ride, except for the Quads getting whip by it.
Next time check your facts before tapping your keys or sticking your reliability Honda up your Tailpipe so quickly...and backfiring!! LOL
