The best mud tire and trail tire for the outty 400 would be 26in outlaw mst. There are serval performance upgrades for the outty 400 such as aaen performance exhaust, dalton pro clutch kit, k&n air filter, dial-a-jet, dyno jet kit, tpi valve, and power belt. Here are s ome of the web sites www.aaenperformance.com For the exhaust www.thunderproducts.com for the dial-a-jet and tpi valve. Dalton pro has the clutch kit for the outty 400. With those upgrades your outty 400 will be arching speed of 65+..
