I can't wait to see those ds 450's in action at the dunes. That X package makes it look ten times better too. Awesome lineup of machines.

I only wished they put a stronger set of skids on the Renegade X, that covered the weak aluminum floor board supports. If those skids are as thin as the one that was on the front of my Renegade, it's going to be worthless and doesn't protect those aluminum supports. I bent one of mine the second day I rode it. I'm also wondering if those wheels are much stronger? I also noticed there appear to be more coils on the shocks, more coils means softer shocks usually doesn't? Then again for $10200. power steering should be standard too. Wonder if a dealer would deduct those skids and throw in a full set of Ricochet skids?

i wish there was an X package for the ds250- it makes sense because soon a 250 class will emerge

for the ds90 they widened it by about 4" and increased shock travel by about 2-3 inches

I wouldnt mind getting longer a-arms, axle, and piggyback suspension all around

the skids on the x renegade are thick enough and they do have floorboard skids available seperately even though its not included in the x package

I don't think they're any thicker than the skid plate that comes stock on the front of a regular Renegade. One rock and the dent went through that thin tin foil and put a good size dent in the SST underneath. That plate is about as thin as a paper plate, not much better either. Those aluminum floor board support need as much protection as they can get too.
