I know most retail places, when they credit back a card, it can take 2-3 (business) days. I hope that's the case.

At this point, I would say you can confirm that he is just trying to stall you out. I would go forward with what you have set up. That is my opinion. I know all of the paypal transactions that I do are instant......

If you have received the funds then it doesn't matter....

Well I called Paypal and they said it was out there where he had tried to send it but his acct has restrictions and they couldnt lift them untill he called them. I called him and he actually answered and said he would call them tomorrow. Probably just stiffed to many people. Anyway at least he tried. Maybe Ill get it after all.

Well (seriously) that is a surprise. Maybe it will work out and all you will have lost is your time and effort...... Too bad you will never get compensated for that!!!
