Default gearing calculator......

did some searching on the site, found some but
cant get one to work/?????

Default gearing calculator......

I do not remember where I got this Gearing Calc but it seems to work just fine. Its HTML code so once you unzip it it will run in your internet browser.

Default gearing calculator......

thanx guys...
i did a yahoo search (atv gearing calculator) and found one...
its got diff bikes ya click on and then you enter rpm, sprocket sizes,
wheel size ,etc........
anyway, i didnt think tire size changed gearing so much... its like
going to 22s on a ds is = to going 4 teeth up in the rear[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
and droping a tooth in front is = to 2.68 up in the rear...... interesting[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
no wonder my ds was having prob. pulling red line in 5th with stock gearing
(16/40) with 22s.....
