I had a race car fabricator do the chassis, fenders and pods. I did the assembly myself. About 200 hours assembling and wiring.

Nice build!
05dsrider: as far as I know (havnt looked into it in the last couple of years) only a couple of states allow quads to be street-legalized (Arizona..and???). My state, like most, does not allow a vehicle that was originally titled "offroad" to receive an on-road title. I have heard of people finding loopholes in the system and making it work, but overall I think it really stinks unless your state is lenient about it!

I would definately loose my license if I owned one! But if I had one custom built I would want to extend the swingarm and add a wind deflector, a back rest, some drag bars or ape hangers...VERY NICE, BTW!!! What kind of db from the sweet looking exhaust are you putting out?

If I were to sell them it would be in kit form with a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin and not the with an offroad title. It would be up to the buyer to assemble it and get it titled either as a home made vehicle or a hot rod. Do you think there would be an interest? As far as the exhaust note, it is loud enough. The cans or actually from LTE's exhaust.
