Hey Guys, you are not going to believe this but Crash's luck has gone from his normal to horrible this trip. It started out with all of us drag racing the flats, and for Crash winning comes at a price. We are flying down at about 70mph when he hits something in the sand. Sends him flying over the handle bars, doing cart wheels across the finish. Kind of ugly looking wreck, so we are freaking out. We get him to the hospital and everything seems to be looking up when someone from the coast gaurd shows up to question him. It turns out that what he hit in the sand was a freaking stupid seal. Of course the impact kills it, and the guy from the coast guard tells us that he may end up with some really large fines for killing an endangered species. Well we get the stupid wannabe on his way after a 30 min grill down on what exactly happened, and crash is being released from the hospital, but we were in for the biggest shock of the night when we turn around and the local pd has him in hand cuffs..... Come to find out after all of this the stupid azz has to go and hit the dang doctor.... You want to know why, the doc took his flask of Whiskey away from him!!!!

 

What the heck. I am glad he is ok. I hope it all turns out ok.

A seal?????

First time I've heard of that.

 

Ok, wait a minute here.....

Who hit the doctor?

To hit a seal, was he doing 70 mph on the beach or was the seal all the way inland on the flats?

How did the coast guard know who hit the seal?

How did you guys not see the seal???

No no, explain it all here. Curious minds want to know! Just glad he WAS okay, until he hit the doctor... What the hell was the doctor thinking anyway? Taking a mans flask? Silly azz.

 

The only way they can nail him with a fine is if they can prove he was breaking a law when he hit it.

That would bump it from accidental death right up to Seal-slaughter.

If he was speeding on the beach, that will do it. If they can make reckless endangerment stick, that will do it. If they can prove he was under the influence from contents of said whiskey flask..........that would also do it....

I can't do it. I cannot continue the story without buring myself way too deep to recover.........Rod just wanted to see if he could get Ron to fall for it........ All is good, and we had more great weather over at the coast this weekend. A lot of wrenching on bikes, but still had a great time.
