in all honesty i have never seen a after market exhaust that meets the db limit i got check with my stock end cap and like i said it was at 91 or 92 just barely under the limit but i mainly ride winchester bay and there is seldom a ranger out there and if there is there in a truck/suv so its pretty easy to climb to the top of a hill and laugh at them >.<

No, you don't need to re-jet.
I have a used Pro Circuit T-4 slip on, for $125 if anybody is interested. They are just over $300 new.

Thanks for the help! I think getting the tip is the easiet for me since I would need to keep the stock tip and change it out when I go to places that have db requirements. From what I read here, the cheezy screen on these tips wont suffice as a spark arrestor, especially here in Kalifornia. I figure I can keep the stocker on hand and swap out if there is an issue.
