Wonder how secure the d.e.s.s antitheft security is. Have someone been loosing his/her bike with this system on, or have someone tried this on your bike?Maybee heard of someone.
I have heard that there is not possible to start a bike with this security one. The key are coded and will not start without one.

I had a 1996 Sea Doo watercraft that had D.E.S.S. I believe it was the first year it came out. And yes it will only start with YOUR key/lanyard... Each one has a unique microchip code implanted on them... It will keep someone from starting your ride and taking off but it wont keep them from rolling it onto a trailer or into the back of a truck.
