Hi im selling my ds650 and i took of the tm45 cause i want to sell it separate. I put the stock carb back on and it runs but every ten seconds or so it makes like a sound like something pushing air or something you can feel it on the carb and hear it anyone know? i cleaned all the jets in the bottom part of the carb.

 

What's the condition of the boot connecting the intake and carb? Same thing for the emulsion tube from the carb to the filter?
All hose clamps tight, no rips, tears, or dry rotting?

 

as far as i know its good ill check again. it runs fine with the tm45 carb on it.

 

Had similar problem. Definitely check the hose clamps.
