There is a great article in the recent Sand Sports mag. on the new Air Rules.

You could get stuck with a Rail that you can't use in CA and AZ if you aren't careful.

I know there are a lot of DS Guys that are making the move to a rail so, that's why this is here.

If you buy one or have one that is registered already it will be grandfathered in. I don't know if this will count if you bring something in from a different state or something.

I have a feeling there will be some builders that have a tough time meeting these new restrictions. I ran into Tom (of Tom Pro) in Oregon last year and he mentioned he may stop selling rails for CA. Just too much chit to deal with.

So, be careful as you are looking to buy.
