i feel ya, i tore down my motor last week, all i had was a stupid little bullet heater and i froze...

 

i hear that . so im waiting till march till i can do a tear down in my buddy's barn . anyway thnx for all the help guys . this site is amazing

 

Pulling the motor out of the frame is easy. Once you do it a couple of times. It take me 45 minutes now after driving the quad into the shop.

It will be much nicer to work on when it is sitting on a bench compared to trying to do it in the frame.

 

yeah thats what i figured . and id rather not chop the frame
