Default Works Shocks for Renegade?

I am looking at +2 A-arms and axles for my Renegade. I am using 1&1/2 inch aluminum wheel spacers from Highlifter. They work perfectly in the back, making it 50" wide with stock tires and wheels. But the bump steer in the front, at 48" wide, is beating the hell out of me with the stock shocks. A-arms and axles is a long way off. Epic racing has the jigs, they built them for the Baja racing team Renengades, but they are not yet available, and I have done no research on axles.

So how about some Works Black widow piggyback shocks to smooth things out? The shocks on the Renegade X are really stiff, I do not like them. Works are very adjustable, and they will work with you to get your springs and dampening right.

I just ordered works piggyback shocks and a Precision Steering stabilizer.
I will let you know how it "works" out.
