I have possibly had a similar problem with my seat that I was able to correct. On mine, it wasn't that the two round tabs on the bottom front of the seat were popping out of the little tracks that they fit into. Instead, if you look below those round tabs, you will see a flat area on either side of the seat that, when the seat is on the bike, sit on top of a corresponding flat area on the frame located roughly on either side of where the gas tank bolts go through the frame. What happened to me is that when you would put weight on the front of the seat, like when going down a hill, the seat would flex and the two little flat areas on the seat would stretch outside of the flat areas on the frame. This would make the front of the seat shift around, and feel like the round tabs were popping out of their tracks. I fixed this by making a bracket out of aluminum that extends the flat spots on the frame by maybe a half inch on each side. I drilled two holes in the middle of it for the gas tank bolts to go through. If you do a search on "seat problem", you will find a thread that probably describes this fix better, which is where I got the idea from. If you look at the picture page for "KenDs" there are pictures and dimensions for the bracket I am talking about.
