brakes on the outlanders

i had a friend a big guy bought two cheap atvs like 1000 each he burnt the brakes up his frst day at the trail park
how are the brakes on the outlanders if they suck what aftermarkets work good

The outlander brakes work very well for stopping power. Sound however, is another issue. The stock brakes sound like you tried to drop from 4th to 2nd without using a clutch. They make a horrible grinding noise- but in time it gets better or a change to better pads helps.

ya i think so to i seen a post where they said there brakes went out to soon
i am going with the ltd the guy i knew said why do you needto spend 12000 grand on a quad
he came over said
my start switch wont work right
my brakes our gone and my carb is rattleing
i said that is why i will spend the money i do not want to spend money to fix something after every trip
