Funny, I had the same problem a few weeks ago, with neither of my Baja lights working. Mounted on the left hand light (looking from the rear of the bike), there is a relay riveted to the housing. I drilled out the rivet, took the relay off, and took it to Napa. They had one that was an exact match, I mounted it with a small bolt and nut to replace the rivet and...................let there be light. This solved my problem. The Napa relay cost about $11. I think I still have the box in my garage, I will try and post the part # tomorrow. I hate to think how much BRP would charge for the same part, and how many weeks it would take to come in when ordered from the dealer. The rear brake light switch is also a common auto part as well.

For you, or anyone else who might care, the NAPA part number for the relay that will work with the Baja lights is AR143. That is the main number on the side of the box, and there is also a V07172 in smaller type above it.

Thank you for the info. My aux. lights don't work either and I was going to look into it tonight. I was worried a simple fuse would not do it. Now I have another source of issue. Fingers crossed!

The relay was it. I tapped it with my knuckle and it worked. I would have to do that every time I turned on those lights. Not real convenient while riding. So off to Napa I go. Thanks for finding that.
