DS Conversion Cost Other than The Motor??
#11
A B S O L U T E L Y !!!!!! Just a MUCH easier fit. It almost drops in. No lengthening of the up-strut portion of the frame back by the pegs, just top and bottom carriage bars. MUCH easier and MUCH cleaner in my opinion. Curtis and I were able to build top tanks for our bikes and set them under the stock plastic. This makes for a HUGE difference in handling or so I'm told from another builder who builds back tank'd conversion. You'd never know that mine wasn't a stock DS after riding it and a bone stock bike. It's also a lighter build steel for steel. PLEASE DON'T get me wrong I'm not bashing the Busa. The Busa builds are pretty incredible builds and FULL of benefits. Just really like the liter builds. If I knew how to post some pics, I'd drop a few in. Oh well.

Ya I wish mine was lighter. I put my tank under the plastic too it was pretty hard to fit the tank and the filtters in there but i managed it. My tank is 2.3 Gallons but it fits.
