Yea, a 200 is way rich for your setup... I was running a 200 with a ported intake and no airbox. By the way these are Mikuni jet sizes... the dynojet kits (and jets) are not the same sizes based on their number.

 

And your aftermarket CDI options are Ron Woods, Big gun, or Vortex, or Stock. Those are the nice and easy to use plug and play out there. Simply plug them in and go. There are a couple of others, but they are user programmable and more in-depth.
