Default Rally 200 Rebuild

Hi Folks,
I have the chance to buy a 2003 Rally with a blown head for $450. I was told that the timing chain snapped and that there was coolant in the oil. Is this a common problem for the Rally? Is it worth rebuilding? Any thoughts on cost and where to buy parts? I appreciate your feedback.
