Default Torque specification

My friend who also has a DS650 (2002) noticed a squeaking sound on his atv and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. After carefully going over his atv I was able to see that the upper a-arm mount the rear one on the left side of the atv (if you were seated on it) had a little movement front to back. Can anyone tell me the torque specification on this bolt. I cant seem to find it anywhere. I want to see if the bolt lossened up and that is the problem.
