You can take all the "shootouts" and put them in one bucket and you won't have beans.

Sorry, but I don't post opinions when I don't have first hand knowledge. I think that is called rumors, and these forums can be full of them. If that bit you, sorry.

If all you are going to do is try and start arguments on every thred you might as well go join another form as we dont need you here. If you don't like my opinion/knowlege on a bike dont read it! As that is what these forms are all about your opinion and first hand knowledge!

Don't get your feathers ruffled. I am not trying to start an arguement. I too was posting an opinion. If that bothered you, sorry. And who are you speaking of when you say "we" don't need you here? I have been around this forums about 5 times longer than you. All I am advising is to be careful of the advice you take from these forums. Look to the sigs for some validation of the opinion. If you are posting from a position of knowledge, you should not be upset with what I have said. Enough.

Hacktorious I would like to apologize for my rant as some of these guys realy get under my skin and they allways try and ruin a good conversation weather it is right or wrong in opinion! Good luck in your choice of a new atv no matter what you buy welcome to the sport!

I was going to let this go, but..... Someone who posts over 1800 times in a few months is either very smart, or wishes he was. I too apologize that this has taken a bad turn.

Ride them both. Buy the one you are in love with. They both have good points and bad points. The bad is easier to take if you love the quad and it makes you smile when you ride it. I haven't owned either so that is my best advise.

If your gonna get the outtie diff. go with the XT package. No one really cares much for upgraded rims/rubber since they take it off anyway but the rest makes it will worth it. I rode with a 06 400 carb outtie and it was alright so i assume the 400EFI will be that much better!

Wow, you folks have been busy while I have been away....LOL I didn't mean to cause a ruckus....LOL

I decided to go with the 2008 Honda Rancher 4x4 420 manual. The price was right and I could not resist ($4500).
