I was 24 Hours drive from home and since the guy was not willing to help me by exchanging parts. He said he could order the parts but it would take a week. The parts would arrive two days before I was done hunting. If the bike was at the dealer I would have had to go pick it up in Pieces or travel the 24 hours back when it was fixed to get it home. I Just decided to say screw it and park the junk until I got home. I really only use the bike two weeks a year for the Moose hunt it can sit till next fall for all I care. I will drop it off tonight and see what my local dealer has to do. I was out Pricing Rincons last night. Will keep you posted..</end quote></div>
Sorry to hear of your troubles. YES...do keep us posted. Not only is it important to get the machine fixed, but how the dealer goes about it. Makes a big difference IMHO.

oof... this sucks.. i have an opportunity to by a can am 800 XT for less than 4000 with 350 miles on it. Guess what... it did have a cracked frame at one point. the guy did have it fixed... not a shocker to hear about frame problems after reading this thread. its still really cheap though... i could easily buy it... put some money into dealing with renforcing the frame and still have a good bike...
What should i do!!!
