It will run even better without the higher octane. A stock piston DS runs best on plain jane 87 octane....</end quote></div>
when i ran without it i was running 10's

Or you could buy urself a ds450 :-)</end quote></div>
Not for drag racing... Maybe if he was asking about MX</end quote></div>
my ds450 with just a rossier pipe was almost as fast as my ds730 w/ $3k into the motor.

To be honest with you, that would say that you were running lean. The higher octan compinsated for that. On the lower Octane with a proper tune you are bound to pick up more....

I own a 2006 DS 650 X
I changed my oil one day and now my neutral light will not come off. Also both of my spot lights do not work, but my headlight does. Any suggestions how to solve these issues would be appreciated

when u strap the front end down it helps to prevent the front end from comming off the ground during the launch
to strap the front down u will need 2 strong rachet straps and a friend
u get ur friend to stand on the front rack to compress the front suspension then u tighten the straps down until both sides are even and lowered
