i have a ds 650 baja and it is now locked into 1st gear and neutral... at first i was just having trouble getting it to stay into 2nd gear. then it started staying in but would slip if i got on the throttle. now i cannot shift into anything higher than first or neutral. it just doesnt' go up... any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your shift forks just might be done.

 

do you know if there are any special tools required to do this that i would have to get through bombardier? or if anyone is interested in buying as is let me know.... its a 2003 bombardier ds 650 baja
