replacing 800 outlander belt ?

Default replacing 800 outlander belt ?

i just bought an 09 outlander and dont know how to replace the belt

remove cvt cover (8mm socket or t-30 bit), thread a M8 X 1.25 bolt into the one hole that's threaded in the secondary clutch to spread the sheaves. r & r the belt. it would be a good idea to pull the primary clutch and clean & re-lube the one-way assembly while you have it apart. i replaced the bearings in the one-way to improve the hard shifting problems common in the can ams.
